How does your service work?

MY GIRLY SIDE is an Autoship subscription-based service that offers its members regular delivery of name-brand feminine hygiene products. Members choose from one of three delivery plans – shipments every 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. Your Autoship membership is activated when your initial order is placed. You may change your delivery plan at any time by logging into your account and selecting Member Services.

How much does it cost?

Your credit card will be billed each time a shipment is made based on the Autoship delivery plan option you choose when placing your initial order. The 60-day delivery plan is $18.95 per shipment; the 90-day delivery plan is $23.95 per shipment and the 120-day delivery plan is $28.95 per shipment. Shipping and handling fees are included in the delivery plan price. Applicable sales tax added where required by law.

When will my order ship?

MY GIRLY SIDE memberships are processed within 48 hours and your order will ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipments are handled via USPS and usually take 4-6 days once they are mailed. Once your membership is activated and your initial order ships, future shipments will be made based on the delivery schedule you selected. These shipments will be made within 3 business days of the date of your initial membership. For example, if you joined MY GIRLY SIDE on January 5 and selected the 60 day delivery plan, your initial order will ship within 72 hours and then future shipments will be made within 3 business days of March 5, May 5, July 5, September 5, November 5, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

MY GIRLY SIDE wanted to make it as easy as possible so we've included the cost of shipping & handling in the fee associated with your Autoship delivery plan.

Who ships your products?

Good old USPS is our shipping provider. All orders are shipped USPS First Class.

What brands do you offer?

MY GIRLY SIDE did her homework and we offer the most popular and most dependable brands and styles: Tampax Pearl and Playtex Gentile Glide. If you'd like to see other options, please drop us an email and let us know at Girly@MyGirlySide.com. We never want to cramp your style!

What if I want to cancel my membership?

MY GIRLY SIDE would be very disappointed if you opted to cancel and we hope you'd let us know why before doing anything drastic like that. If you must, however, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, selecting Member Services and choosing Cancel Membership.

Do you offer other feminine care products?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Look for other items to become available in the near future. We are considering products that every girly may want — but may not want to run out and purchase for all the world to see! We'd like to hear your suggestions, so drop us an email at Girly@MyGirlySide.com.

How much actually goes to charity?

We've got a big heart, but we are a young company, so for now we're committing to donate up to 10 percent of revenue to charity. Donations are made on a quarterly basis and our members decide how the funds are distributed by selecting one of two of our favorite charities — Girls Inc. or Women's Health Foundation — when placing your initial order.

How do you decide which charities to support?

We wanted to assist charities that specifically help adolescent girls and women. We've started with Girls Inc. or Women's Health Foundation. You can learn more about them by visiting their websites. We'd love to hear from you at Girly@MyGirlySide.com if you have other charities that we should consider.

Is there anything in it for me if I refer someone and they sign up?

Heck yea. If you refer a friend, sister or family member, just send us an email at Girly@MyGirlySide.com with the details. Once we verify her membership, we'll take $5 off your next shipment.

How do I work for My Girly Side, or how do I become a My Girly Girlfriend (MGG!)?

It's a little early in the game for us to be hiring, but we'd love to have you help us spread the word among your friends, co-workers, sorority sisters, yoga class, book club, etc. Drop us a line at Girly@MyGirlySide.com and tell us what you can do to help spread the word and we'll set you up as an official My Girly Girlfriend.

Do you offer My Girly Side gift memberships?

Absolutely. Just be sure to enter the correct name and delivery address for your gift recipient when joining!

What if my shipment doesn't arrive or gets lost?

We hope this never happens but if it does, contact us immediately at MemberService@MyGirlySide.com

Do you ship outside the United States?

Sorry, but we don't at this time.

How can I make changes to my Membership or change my Account settings?

Once your first order ships the Member Services link will appear on your account page when you log in using your user ID and password. This link allows you to update your profile including your Autoship delivery plan, mailing address and credit card account number. You can also use the Member Services page to cancel your membership at any time.
